Working Principle of T-Sepax Separator
In the working status,the speed regulating motor drive vertical shaft rotation through transmission device.The material is fed into the separating room through the feed port located in the upper part of the machine, then the material falls to the scatter plate through the ductwork locacted between the collection cone above and collection cone below.The scatter plate rotate with the vertical shaft,the material is scattered around under the effect of centrifugal force,the coarse particles of the material is threw to the internal wall under the action of high-speed airflow which is blowed by the an external fan.After collision,the material fall into the collection cone along the internal wall.The rest of the paricles are rolled up,another part of the material is threw to the internal wall and fall into the collection cone for collision with the vanes.
Middle-coarse powder and fine powder continue to rise and pass through the vertical guide vanes under the action of high-speed airflow,then blow into the second classfier zone.The material is threw to the vertical guide vanes under the effect of centrifugal force in the rotating cage type rotor,then fall into the collection cone and are discharged through pipeline.The fine powder that meet the requirements enter the interior through the rotating cage type rotor,then slip into the collection cone with circulated air.
